I must confess to have never been truly into smoking dope and not really seeing the appeal.
And when I see and smell someone wandering along the road at 9.30am hugging a spliff, I’m even more baffled.
Sure I get it in the evening, or perhaps on a long, hot afternoon, but that early in the morning! Beats me…
